Orders & Payment

Q: How do I place an order on babetime.shop? Simply browse our website, select your desired product, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." When you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your full card details.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at babetimeshop@gmail.com or call +1 720-634-8795 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes! As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, items ordered, and estimated delivery details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Q: Is it safe to shop on babetime.shop? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your full credit card details and work only with trusted, secure payment processors. Your privacy and security are our top priority.

Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer completely free shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. All orders within the United States ship for free via FedEx.

Q: How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment via FedEx. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer.

Q: Which carrier do you use for shipping? All Babe Time orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivers Monday through Saturday to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery at fedex.com.

Q: How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time at fedex.com or through the FedEx mobile app.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order. We also do not currently ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Q: Do you ship internationally? At this time, Babe Time ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future. Stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy at babetime.shop/return-policy for full details.

Q: How do I initiate a return? To start a return, email us at babetimeshop@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

Q: How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item? We sincerely apologize! Please email us at babetimeshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Babe Time covers all return shipping costs with a prepaid FedEx label.

Q: What kinds of products does Babe Time sell? Babe Time offers a curated selection of premium baby and kids products including baby clocks and nursery decor, baby essentials for newborns and infants, kids products for toddlers and growing children, and gifts for baby showers and special occasions. All products are carefully selected for quality, safety, and style.

Q: Are your baby clocks safe for nurseries? Yes! Safety is our highest priority. All baby clocks and nursery products we carry are selected with baby safety standards in mind. Product descriptions include detailed safety information. If you have specific questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Q: Are your product images accurate? We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings. Q: What if a product I want is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, please contact us at babetimeshop@gmail.com and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available again. We regularly restock popular items.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Q: How do I reset my password? Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link in your inbox within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at babetimeshop@gmail.com.
