1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers — especially babies and children — the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used baby food, formula, or consumable products
- Underwear, bodysuits, or intimate clothing items (hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at clearance prices
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer use

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
- Credit Card Refunds: May take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in a condition different from what was described, at our discretion
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Your child's safety is our highest priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery:

- Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
- We will arrange a free return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
6. Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Send the correct item as quickly as possible, or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Babe Time will cover all return shipping costs with a prepaid label
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
