At Babe Time, we believe getting your little one's essentials should be easy and affordable. That's why we offer free shipping on every order across the United States — no minimums, no hidden fees.

1. Free Shipping All Orders

No minimum purchase required — ships anywhere in the USA via FedEx

We offer completely free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is any delay with your order.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–9 business days. For example, an order placed on Monday and processed Tuesday would typically arrive by the following Wednesday or Thursday.

4. Shipping Carrier

All Babe Time orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivers to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times to AK and HI may vary).

  • FedEx delivers Monday through Saturday in most areas
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
  • FedEx delivery attempts will be made up to 3 times before the package is held at a local FedEx facility

5. Order Tracking

1. Order Confirmed: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase.
2. Order Shipped: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.
3. Track Your Package: Use your tracking number at fedex.com or the FedEx mobile app to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Delivered: FedEx will mark your package as delivered. If you do not receive your package within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Babe Time is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at babetimeshop@gmail.com immediately — address changes can only be made before the order is shipped
  • Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched with FedEx
  • Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address

7. Lost or Damaged Packages 

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property first
  • Contact your local FedEx facility with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, email us at babetimeshop@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with FedEx

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt
  • Email us at babetimeshop@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos
  • We will file a claim with FedEx and send you a replacement or issue a full refund

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
  • FedEx operational disruptions or service outages
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs or regulatory holds (not applicable for domestic USA shipments)

In case of significant delays, we will do our best to communicate updates to you via email. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order.

9. P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

  • P.O. Boxes: Not accepted — please use a physical delivery address
  • APO/FPO Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Delivered via FedEx — delivery times may be slightly longer than the standard 5–7 business days
